Woodbridge Auto Public Auction - TERMS OF SALE
IDENTIFICATION:
All purchasers are required to have a bidder's
card to bid, giving full name and address. You
must be at least 18 years old to receive a
bidder's card.
ADDITION TO WITHDRAWAL FROM SALE:
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw from
the sale any vehicle listed or to sell at this
auction additional vehicles not listed.
AUCTIONEER:
The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept or
reject any and all bids. However, if a dispute
arises between two or more bidders, the decision
of the auctioneer shall be final and absolute.
CONDITION OF VEHICLES TO BE SOLD:
All vehicles are sold
AS IS WHERE IS,
NO WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
All vehicles have been Virginia Safety Inspected.
Most have passed, some have not. If you want to
know why a vehicle has failed inspection, you may
check the pink sticker on the inside of the
windshield for a list of any or all violations.
METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Upon becoming the successful bidder, you will be
required to deposit $300.00 in cash, MASTERCARD,
VISA, DISCOVER or guaranteed funds, which becomes
NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE, NON EXCHANGEABLE
and the balance shall be due in full within 3
business days OR ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS SHALL BE
FORFEITED.
BUYERS PREMIUMS:
A $75.00 processing fee is charged to each and
every purchase. The following are the buyers
premiums to be charged to each and every purchase.
Please take these fees into consideration when
bidding because they will be added to your bid
price.
